Dance your blues away and chase away your ills...

When I was a kid, I never liked listening to the oldies stations of my parents' generation..But now, of course, oldies are from my youth...I've read studies that suggest when you listen to the music of your youth, it regulates all of your body functions for the better, like lowering blood pressure, increasing hormone output, etc.
It's as if your body remembers the feelings and functions of your youth by being stimulated by the music..My theory is that your body has memory linked with that vibrational environment or energetic field resonance. SO I can feel that energy when a great old song comes on the radio..even radio is an old school pleasure I still enjoy! But keep this in mind, when you need to shift your energy for the better..Put on some old tunes that you love and dance your blues and ills away !
