How do you create a peak state?


It's important to feel good and to create opportunity for healthy fun. SO how do you create peak states where you feel energized and refreshed and in awe of the universe? I love to swim, dance, listen to great music, eat good food, have good conversation with friends and family. I love a hike with beautiful vistas or a simple walk through town where I admire the flowers or style of yard and home. I enjoy good humor. I love the ocean and the woods, a fresh running stream. The point is to make time for what thrills you. Is it a sport? Yoga? Reading a good book? Cooking? Do it! Make time for it regularly!
